Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Savannah is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

It was hot and pleasant day. Nice neighborhood, good eco-friendly golf course. Up to the 16th hole, due to the sudden malfunction or wrongfully installed software of the golf cart, the cart could no longer move forward as I want. After I struggling with the golf cart, I decided to head back to the clubhouse. The play I enjoyed today turned into a unpleasant. The nice staff gave me a raincheck for 9 holes, but the trust in the golf course dropped sharply. I am starting to wonder whether I can play here again at least this year. Disappointed...

I really rarely go out of my way to leave a bad review but what I experienced last Friday the 15th was not golf, I left with my body shoes and golf clubs covered in mud. At one point I even had to get up out of my cart to literally drag it out of the mud while I was standing almost ankle deep in mud. What should be fairways were swamps not to mention the greens are extremely unkempt and the ball does not properly roll, I will say the overall design of your course is beautiful and decent pricing considering it's the cheapest golf in the city but unfortunately I can't see myself returning to play again. Unless y'all can get it together I would probably even go to bacon over SB at this point. I really do hope y'all salvage your course.

Played on July 15. The layout is enjoyable, but the current conditioning doesn’t justify the green fee. The greens were shaggy with significant crabgrass and numerous depressions that made them putt inconsistently. Fairways had recently been aerified during very wet conditions, leaving ruts and torn turf in several areas. I hope the course recovers because it has a good design, but I’d wait until conditions improve before paying full price. My major complaint would truly be the greens. Just completely subpar. The course has great potential. The greens are just a disappointing mess! These pics are 17 which was the best-looking green of the day by far!

Main tee boxes are looking amazing; the fairways are looking great too. The greens are so much better than just two months ago. It is amazing the progress that has been made. There are still small areas on some greens where you can see they are not 100 percent. But, those are easily avoidable using the local course rule to "lift and place" to avoid "ground under repair."

Honestly we chose this because it had a mediocre rating at 3.5. We had no wait for a tee time, free ice cold water and bathrooms, based on golf pros suggestion we played the back 9. Definitely an older coarse that needs work and they are working on it. Great shaded areas, some very interesting hole layouts, beautiful scenery. Even go to see a few alligators which is always fun. I am not a golfer but my friend is and I think he enjoyed himself well. Our wives drove the carts and relaxed. The club house is clean but the damn carts are crazy sensitive to the gps layout of the tees and the green. Try to avoid the sprinklers, I got a bit muddy, but honestly a beautiful day with friends and a very interesting coarse worthy of your time.
